Set overlooking Casco Bay in Portland, MYF is a two and a half day celebration led by our amazing Maine and New England yoga talent. The festival offers a diverse program of workshops allowing participants to try a wide range of yoga styles and techniques by a variety of teachers.This will be our BEST year yet with unique new workshops mixed in with your favorite classes and teachers, more vendors, giveaways, and promotions. New this year: CEU opportunities as well as a Saturday Night Social with live music and food!Our mission is to create a premiere wellness experience for the community to celebrate the healing powers of yoga.  We want to encourage a healthy, peaceful, and compassionate way of living. In addition to the workshops, MYF features a Vendor Village filled with regional craftsman, artists, body and energy workers, and food vendors. At the heart of the outdoor space is our stage featuring local musicians and space to enjoy the music, food and friends.

We encourage green living practices in our community by promoting recycling, discouraging wastefulness and showcasing the natural setting of Maine.

MYF is presented by sheJAMs, an all-women's training group, created to bring together women of all ages and abilities who enjoy being active. sheJAMs offers training programs that include triathlon, swimming, biking, run group, clubhouse classes and more. We make training fun and safe while providing an environment that  allows you to push yourself. It's about community!
